What this capability covers
We package our experience as a repeatable path to run oncology data visualization inside client networks. The focus is simple. Keep sensitive data local. Preserve the user experience. Meet security and compliance needs without calling the public internet.
Client context and challenge
A global leader in genomic research and diagnostics needed the platform to work at sites with no external connectivity. Cloud first choices blocked adoption. Authentication and storage assumed remote services. Multiple services needed validation for closed networks. The expectation was parity with the cloud.
What we built
Local sign in and roles
Wrapper around Keycloak for sign in, role mapping, and group management inside client networks.
Local storage and access
Storage service that replaces S3 with on premises options. Versioning and access control included.
Offline ready services
Refactors for inter service calls, health checks, startup order, and sensible timeouts.
Visualization integration
Integration with IGV desktop app and mutation signature views. Local email configuration for alerts.
Why it matters
- Runs fully offline during normal operation.
- Same interface and workflows as the cloud version.
- Clear handover with runbooks for multi site rollout.
One team across UI, backend, and deployment.
Clear updates and steady execution on schedule.
Fast ramp in Kubernetes and new components.
How we can apply this for you
Assessment
Architecture and security review to confirm feasibility and scope.
Pilot
Deploy to a non production site and validate workflows and performance.
Scale up
Training and runbooks for repeatable installs across sites.
