Challenge

Solution
Technician app runs on Android devices and was first deployed on RealWear Navigator 615. It supports live video streaming with low latency encoding, voice commands for hands free use, and a modular design that can be ported to other wearables.
Expert console is a web interface where remote experts view live streams, draw annotations that appear on the technician device, and send text or diagrams as needed. The backend is built with Java and tuned for low bandwidth links.
